Wipe Mac message with Mojave

Does anyone have any info on how to leverage the wipe/lock commands where we can customize a message to appear on the pin screen? Heard Apple has made this feature with Mojave.

Computers -> Target Computer -> Management -> Lock Computer

When you press Lock Computer, it will populate the box highlighted in that screen shot and you can set a lock message.

We are on 10.8 - I am not 110% positive when this Lock Message feature was added.
