For anyone questioning if they should run admin or indeed needs a reason to suggest they shouldn't allow there users to run admin

Sounds like same useless stuff seen few years ago, when a Javascript exploit was discovered : the best advise they could give is : disable JavaScript...

Seriously, they could simply also advise users to stop browsing Internet, as who could browse websites without JavaScript enabled? It is the same for "make sure you're not running the system on a daily basis with an admin account"... :-)
