Gents,

Enterprise customers are requesting zero touch provisioning for their eSIM capable devices (iPads, iPhones, Apple Watches), which JAMF is currently supporting the major part of it, except provisioning the eSIM with a cellular subscription plan.

Apple recently exposed a new API in iOS13 that provides the necessary capability to dynamically add cellular plans (cellular subscription profile) into the available eSIM.

https://developer.apple.com/documentation/devicemanagement/update_the_esim_cellular_plan

what are your thoughts about it and how do you think that MNOs can collaborate with JAMF to enable an end-to-end solution?

Antoine

Hi Antoine, We at EBF have built the eSIM Business Manager which supports this functionality with other Device Management Platforms. We can support Jamf here as well. Feel free to reach out to learn more.

We have worked with Deutsche Telekom AG (TMUS Parent) on this integration and are now providing Friendly User Trials to their customers.
