USB Block Issue with Jamf Prodect

I use the block USB policy with Jamf protect, but it is still not working. Some USBs are working, and some cannot be used to move data.

For Device Controls external universal storage media is supported by Jamf Protect, please refer to the following guide for more information and review the supported devices and limitations.

Make sure to review there are no conflicting Device Controls Sets and the criteria are properly set, if the issue persists reach out to Jamf Support.

its not working its has been block the the regular USB not the External Hard

@saeid_agheli If possible could you share some sanitised screenshots containing the Device Controls Set configuration and an overview of an System Report and the related information of the external harddrive that's not being picked up by Jamf Protect.
