Jamf Safe Internet Scheduled Content Filter Issue

As a system administrator, I am happy to use Jamf Safe Internet with Jamf Pro to manage 1:1 iOS devices in an educational environment. However, we are experiencing a problem with a Jamf Safe Internet policy rule that includes a scheduled content filter.

The expected behaviour was that the content should only be blocked during the specified scheduled times.
Unfortunately, the content is being blocked as soon as the rule is submitted and continues to be blocked outside the scheduled times.

I know that scheduled content filtering is a new feature in the Jamf Safe Internet product. Has anyone else tried this feature and had a similar issue?
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @a_cassoli ,

It's great to hear you're enjoying Safe Internet in combination with Jamf Pro!

Can you please validate for me whether your devices are running at least Jamf Trust 11.42. Since the Schedules are evaluated on-device, this feature requires the latest version of Jamf Trust. If devices are running an older version, the policy will come into effect immediately as if there are no schedules defined.

Also see https://learn.jamf.com/en-US/bundle/jamf-safe-internet-documentation/page/Content_Filtering_Web_Prot... under `Requirements`.

Please let me know if this fixes your issue.
