+1We run Jamf School, for a fleet of about 200 iPads. Worked pretty well until recently.
It seems like when I get the iPads updated to IOS 15 or higher, the profiles don't like installing.
I've had some minor success with changing groups and assigning them back to their original and then wiping again.
Is anyone else seeing this?
+10We have not been able to get updating to consistently work as of yet, so most of our fleet is not on 15. We were experiencing the bug at enrollment a week or two ago where a device would not be properly added to a group. This could be the same.
If you go to the page of one of the profiles that aren't installing and find the device in the scope, is it highlighted green and say "Added on save"? If it does, then it's the same bug. You could either save all of the profiles/apps to correct it, or change groups again. Sometimes giving it some time after switching corrects it as well.
