Hi, we are trying to remotely update an 8th gen iPad from iOS 14.7.1 to 15.0.2, and whenever we click Update > Install, we get a "Success- false" green popup message at the top right corner, the status is an update scheduled for a time that is in the past, and nothing else.
Is it just a case of waiting, or did something go wrong here? Judging by the strange message, i'm guessing the second one.

I'm not really sure, but it seems we cannot update shared iPads to 15 because there's not enough disk space.

Our iPads do have enough free Space.
Maybe the support team can help.
