Screen Recording not available on Shared iPads

I noticed for our Shared iPads that screen recording is not available in the Control Center.  I don't seem to be able to change anything in Control Center either.  I have been trying to find if there's a restriction profile selection that is enabled that is stopping this but I'm coming up empty.  Maybe I'm missing something.  Has anyone else had this issue?

The information didn't really help.  In fact I believe it's plain wrong in some cases, or unnecessarily vague in other cases.

After contacting Jamf Support the issue is related to iOS 18 and effects iPads with a layout configuration applied.  Jamf has filed a ticket with Apple, which means that any fix would be released in a future version of iOS and not Jamf School.  I'm still working through the issue with Jamf School support but that's is in effect the solution to this issue.

As a followup Jamf Support also sent me the following:

In our testing we have been unable to make changes to Control Center on Shared iPads devices running iOS18+ and then after further digging we found the following Apple Documentation which specifies that Shared iPads are unable to add or remove items from the control center.
