Usernames imported from LDAP don't convert ASCII-code @#039

Users whose name contains an apostrophe/single quote (ASCII code 39) are presented as @#039 instead of '.

This is the case in their user profile and also in their device profile (which uses the user's name in the iPad).

Users are imported from LDAP.
