Job Description:

  • Support SSO implementations and automation of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Onboard and offboard employees. 
  • Support and maintain an onsite installation of 50+ Cisco Webex AV systems
  • Provide advanced administration and support for critical IT tools including: Google Workspace, JAMF Pro Suite, Zendesk, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Webex, Cisco Meraki, Google Workspace, LastPass, Atlassian, Github, Okta Advanced Workflows
  • Assist users with their software application requirements and access to IT resources via our Zendesk ticketing system
  • Provide operational support for image creation, deployment, and patch/configuration management for all Autonomic’s managed end-user systems.
  • Customize, create, and package software and applications for deployment
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency and scale services leveraging tools and automation
  • Support automation of routine IT tasks with existing tools and standards
  • Support security and compliance initiatives and standards (encryption, av, firewall, backup, access) on all end-user systems
  • Work with the Information Technology, Security and SRE teams on on-going projects

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Meaningful experience with the following:
    • Administration of macOS and IOS configuration management and automation tools
    • Configuration management and automation tools for end-point management: JAMF Pro Suite, Zendesk, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Webex, Cisco Meraki,Atlassian, Google Workspace, LastPass, Okta Advanced Workflows, GitHub
    • Client system hardware benchmarking & troubleshooting
    • Experience using ticket-based enterprise work-flow management systems
    • The right mix of problem-solving skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude
