Create new category in Self Service

Hello all, For the life of me I cannot find/remember (I've done it before) how to create a new category in Self Service.

I'm using Jamf Pro 10.7 and I see the selection for Self Service but there's nothing in there that allows me to create a new category.

I would simply like to create a new category for "Math Software" for the teachers.

Any ideas?
