Mac OS disc encryption status

What do the different filevault 2 statuses mean?
Should I be concerned only about number 3 or also about other statuses?

1. All Partitions Encrypted
2. Boot Partitions Encrypted
3. No Partitions Encrypted
4. Some Partitions Encrypted (This appeared after mojave or catalina)
5. N/A

What is the best way to get reports about disk encryption status (encrypted or not encrypted)?
