+7You will need to use a Configuration Profile with the appropriate Restrictions payload settings along with supervising devices.
Some of the apps are listed under the iOS Functionality tabs. To block other apps, use the Restrict App Usage "Do Not Allow Some Apps" setting under iOS and tvOS Applications.
