Hi everyone,

Today i have this error "This Apple ID cannot be used to make purchases"
 when installing vpp apps on few iPads. All apps are concerned.
It's device based and iPads are on iOS 12 (fresh DFU recovered) with managed apple ids.
Nothing relevant in logs.

Any idea?

Exactly jcline, with a jamf pro upgrade from 10.6 to 10.7.1, it works !

    I had renew the VPP token and got the same result.

    What version of Jamf are you on? Anything below 10.6 will do this, apparently iOS 12 isn't supported on anything below 10.6.
