Hi!

We installed Adobe CS6 applications on our design lab computers following the guide posted here:

... and Illustrator CS6 Version 16.2.1 won't pull fonts from the Fontbook when they are installed. However, Illustrator CS5 will pull the fonts successfully. Has anyone experienced this or have a working solution to it? Adobe helpfully mentioned that they discontinued the support for CS6 entirely, so we've hit a wall on their end.

Any ideas?

If you do a manual CS6 install does it then see the fonts?

Don't know if this has anything to do with your problem ... The illustrator CS6 still has hard code calls on Java 6. Are you running Yosemite, El Cap, or Sierra?
