Kent,
JSS is telling me that my username and password are incorrect. Although I
did verify by logging into gsx2.apple.com.
Trying to resolve this with jamf support.

*Subject: [Casper] GSX Lookup
We just set up Casper and enabled the GSX lookup. I confirmed with Apple
support that my GSX account information is correct and has the Web API
enabled. But when I check it I keep getting a message that says:
“GSX Lookup problem: Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please
try again later. If this message persists, please contact GSX support via
the help function.”
I just wanted to see if this is working OK at this time for other people,
or if there is currently an issue with GSX lookups. Thanks!

*"Have you tried turning it off and on again?"*
GSX integration is broken. JAMF is fixing it in the next release. This is due to the GSX2 changes Apple made.
