Multiple partitions for different versions of software? Will this still be possible?

@TSOAFTVPPC Since installing High Sierra on an SSD comes with a non-optional conversion to APFS, it looks like the only option for maintaining a multi-os partitioned drive will require it to be a spindle drive.
