We are currently evaluating moving from on-prem to Jamf Cloud.

Yes, the SCCM Plug-In does work with our hosted product. You will just need to ensure HTTPS traffic from the server hosting the proxy service and your hosted instance is permitted. The service polls the Customer API in Jamf Pro, so be sure to set up a separate account to use with the plug-in that has read-only access.
