Office 365 policy

Hi all,

I am trying to push a policy to mobile devices to pre-configure mail accounts. The mailserver is on Microsoft's cloud service - 365.
The policy pushes fine but all it asks for is a password - no username!
I verified that the domain and username are left blank but can't figure out what's gone wrong.

Any help appreciated!

What a thread!

Host is outlook.office365.com.

Another matter is shared mailboxes, and they are configured as IMAP on the same server as above, but with username in the system below:
personalaccount>@<domain.somthing><shared-mailbox-name

So if you shared mailbox is "support" and my AD login is "st" it would be:
st@company.comsupport

And the account needs my own password.

SMTP server is smtp.office365.com
