I'm testing out the self service software update feature - but it seems
like it's doing stuff, then just stops. The progress bar on the self
service window is about 50% complete, but there hasn't been any updates
in the install.log file for over 10minutes. End users that have tried
it have reported similar issues (bar gets to about 50% then doesn't move
after that).
It happens on 10.6 and 10.7 systems, is there another log file I may be
missing that could have more detailed info?
