We are having issues with the O365 login screen freezing after users change their passwords via the SSO extension. Since O365 uses Safari for the sign-in window, it seems to be a Safari issue as we can't even login to office.com. The only workaround we have is to wipe the Mac and rebuild it.

Anyone else having this issue? Is there a solution?

For clarity:

1. User changes password using the SSO Ext in the menu bar. - No issues

2. User opens an Office desktop app - prompted to sign in and the window and the app freeze (hang) 

3. Open Safari, same thing getting to office.com - Safari freezes (hangs)

3. Open Chrome, can use Office web apps with no issues.

Enterprise SSO Extension is in preview. It's worked well for me so far, but there's a huge "PREVIEW" banner on the Microsoft page for it, and I will not use it in our live environment:
