Folks: I've been able to create Self Service packages and policies while at the CCA training, but when I have arrived in the office, nothing seems to work (typical).

I've pared down the problem to a Prebuilt package. Trigger is None. Frequency is Ongoing. Scope is All Computers. "Allow this Policy to be user for Self Service" is checked on. Finally, a package that I have manually confirmed as good is set to "Install".

When I go in Self Service, everything looks good, and the app goes through some motions when I click on Install, however nothing's installed on the client. Here's what I get on the server log side, however:

/usr/sbin/jamf is version 6.01
Executing Policy AJA Kona...
Downloading http://casper:80//Packages//AJA_Kona_Test.dmg...
Verifying DMG...
Error: The downloaded package could not be verified.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Damien

Damien,
Try forcing the policy or package to download over AFP only and see if it works. You might have to disable http: for that sharepoint. I had some issues with packages delieverd over http so am only using AFP for now. Really want to use http when it works though.
