I am new to using Casper Suite (version 8.7) and have much to learn. I hope it is okay to post this question here. A little background: we are managing mobile devices only. Inventory collection frequency is set to once every day. Most devices have a “last inventory” date of today or yesterday, but some are not updating. I have tried clicking the blue circular arrow to update inventory on individual machines, and I can see that push notification is sent but nothing changes. I have tried this on devices that I know are powered up and online. The question I have is what causes a device to stop updating “last inventory” and how can I force these machines to start updating inventory again? Thanks.
