Background - Unable to use DEP/VPP at this time. Currently using an AppleID per 10 devices. Yes I realize devices based and DEP are the way to go but not an option at this time.
I do not have physical assess to these devices. JSS ver 9.82

Problem #1 - I have a number of iOS devices that will lose the credentials for the iTunes store at random. For a short period of time I thought it was limited to iOS 9.2 but now seems to be from 9.0.2 up to current version. Is there a reason these devices are losing the passwords? Anyway to prevent this?

Problem #2 - Device names. I have a number of devices that will not update the naming. Any reason why the device name will change at random and any way to fix them?
