My organization is planning a refresh which will take place later this summer. The current plan is to leverage Code42 to migrate the user data. I would like to avoid bringing over the user library as that data has been carried through Migration Assistant for past several refreshes. I would like to grab a couple of items which Code42 is not backing up including bookmarks, keychains, printers, and email profiles for Outlook and Apple Mail similar to USMT for Windows.

Has anyone performed a refresh using Code42? If so, what kind of obstacles did you encounter? What did you wish you knew before you started? Which tools did you find to be useful?
