Even though we have Erase All Content and Settings selected as restricted on our district devices through a Configuration Profile, it doesn't seem to be restricting it anymore. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

Yes there are a couple other threads on this, an oopsie by Applevthat is supposedly fixed in the iOS 15.2 beta
