Hi, I'm kinda new to using Jamf and Apple School Manager. I'm running into an issue where when I manually enroll a device, it's not showing in the cloud. Its odd and I'm not sure what's happening and could use some guidance on this.

If you could post a screenshot of the error and the workflow that you are using it would make things easier to troubleshoot. Overall here is the documentation for User-initiated enrollment which is called manual enrollment:

Check if on the device you can see the MDM profile installed on the device and if it was accepted by the user.

I'm aware of the license overuse I'm working on cleaning up this site. I didn't implement the system, I'm just trying to fix what the previous MSP did.
