Hey folks... Numerous users at our client have pointed out that apps from the Mac app store are either not pushing down and installing automatically, or installing via self service. I've uploaded a new VPP token, tried different apps and got nothing. JamfPro server just says they are "pending" and if installed via Self Service, it just sits there and spins.

I'm seeing this now on 2 Jamf Cloud instances.

I've opened a ticket, but anyone else seeing this?

Pretty normal behavior, VPP requests a lot of times out or if the app is running it does not update it..Jamf said this is an Apple issue which folks are pointing fingers at this point. We had this issue so we switched over on a few key software that needed to be constantly updated to JSSimporter and AutoPKG
