Hi,

Has any body experience this iOS rebooting problem after upgrading to iOs 7 & 7.03. Here in Houston Methodist Hospital System we use Microsoft Exchange server for email. I tried resetting using iTunes, recreate iCloud account and sending user to the Apple store. It works for a week to two weeks than starts over again.

This problem only happens when we setup our hospital email on their iOS devices.

Which version of Exchange?

We're on 2010 & are not seeing it.


You didn't mention much detail about the symptoms.

We've seen a couple of devices reboot themselves, and we've had a few go into a deep sleep that needs power/home for 10 seconds to restart from.
