Recently some of my users have been opening Outlook 2016 and there is no data in their profile. This happened to me this morning but I didn't think too much about it because I do so much on my system it's possible I may have corrupted something but now it's happening to non-admin users.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

No idea why this is happening, but see if the issue is that Outlook has lost its path to the data.

Right-click or Control-click the Microsoft Outlook.app application and choose Show Package Contents. From there navigate to Contents > SharedSupport > Outlook Profile Manager.app.

Does that app allow you to point back to your profile and set it as default so that Outlook can open it?

Thanks Mr Moose
I will pass this on to the support team.
