Casper Admin keeps saying my CS4 DMG is an updater instead of an installer

I have created a DMG from the DVD's for CS4 Standard. When I drop it into
Casper Admin, open the Info window, and check the box saying it is an
Installer or Updater, it decides that it's an Adobe Updater rather than an
installer. I tried renaming the install-en_US.xml to install.xml (also
renamed the uninstaller) but I get the same results. The Setup.app is there
along with the payloads file. According to this KB article...

...that should do the trick, but it's not working. Actually, I shouldn't
have to rename the xml files, it should find the en_US version.

Anyone run into this or have any suggestions?

    I had exactly the same on all my adobe installers coz adobe is inconsistent with their naming

    The folder with the XML in needs to be called deploy and the file inside needs to be instal.XML
