Jamf Pro 10.11.x Enrollment Management Account Not working.

I currently have a case open with Jamf, as anyone had or is having issues during the DEP enrollment stage, creating a management account and the password NOT working.
2 out of 5 times the password works when it doesn't work there is no way to log into the system. Then having to reformat and reinstall hope the account password then works.
