The next version of Healthcare Listener 2.4.0 was released today and is available for download in Jamf Account for licensed customers. With this new version, ADT message queuing and delivery have been enhanced to better handle lack of connectivity between Healthcare Listener and Jamf Pro. If Jamf Pro experiences downtime, ADT messages received by Healthcare Listener are paused. Once a Jamf Pro connection is re-established, all queued ADT messages are delivered to Jamf Pro and MDM actions are issued to devices. Hello #Healthcare, I got a strange request. Not sure if this is the right thread to ask in but I will ask anyways. I have multiple iOS devices running various iOS version connected to an enterprise healthcare wireless network with the Wi-Fi Networking roaming settings by Apple . Recently we noticed when walking around that when the devices roamed from one AP to another the Wi-Fi just stop, it would take anywhere from 1-24 seconds to rejoin the network. But when you looked at the Wireless controller the devices showed they were connected. This is happening in multiple areas of our campus and in our shop with only 3 APs. Any help would be helpful.

I don't do anything nefarious, illegal, or morally questionable on my work macbook. But because it was issued to me to work on at home, and I'm expected to take it everywhere, it feels like it's sort of "mine", even though I don't own it. I have pics of my family on it, I have hobbies I use it to work on, etc. My company wants to rollout JAMF to all Macs. Some of us have taken a closer look at the binary and seen some things we don't like (possible remote control of the camera, for one?), and then there are the inevitable scuffles with the sysadmins that are looming large (sorry guys, I know devs are assholes). I'm just not a fan of the idea of a process running on this machine that a) gives root access to someone else and b) eats CPU like it was just rescued from a desert island.

It isn't every day that my scroll through LinkedIn leads me to read and deeply think about a post by one of my connections. But this post by @rafjam made me take a beat and think about so many things in regards to our healthcare systems and the people who support them. Hello Jamf Nation, I am looking for assistance with an issues that has been slowly popping up over the last couple of weeks. When the iPads are being set up they are constantly getting the following error messages about "The SCEP server returned an invalid response" or "network error has occurred." We are currently running JAMF v. 10.26.0-t1605551305 with iOS devices ranging for iOS 13.3.1 to iOS 14.4.1. Our network is segmented into two networks. One is our secure network and one is our guest network. These devices are connected to connect to the guest network and after about two min they will fail with one of the below message and the only fix we have is to DFU restore the iPad and try again. We currently have 1000+ iOS devices and some of these devices are restored on a weekly basis for patient care. These devices are also used to assist with our Telehealth visits and JAMF Virtual Visits. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. We utilize JAMF Reset and JAMF H

Hi , I am new on Mac OS and I would like to practice jamf pro on my lab . I have iMac 10.13 (16 gb ram , core i7 ) and have laptop windows 10 with oracle virtual box and Mac OS 10.13 installed on it .Is it possible to make test lab and enroll at Least one Mac OS and do test for things like restricting app , update software or remote command?
