10.10.3 System Image Utility fails

Hey guys,

anyone else seeing this error? I tried to create a 10.10.3 NetBoot image with SIU, but it constantly fails with "Error 2". I have tried the automated and the custom mode on different machines, all of them 10.10.3. No success so far...

I had to completely re-create the NetBoot image from scratch but finally I did get this running. Seems like SIU had a problem with my Combo-updated previous 10.10.2 NetBoot image.

    Does the following apply to your situation?

    Use the latest version of OS X to create NetRestore or NetBoot images

    No, this doesn't apply. Perhaps my post was misunderstanding - all machines I tried were on 10.10.3. The ones I tried to create the NetBoot image from and the one where SIU lies on.

    @m.entholzner someone else actually posted a similar error. Did you report it to Apple?

    Also, any reason in not using: AutoCasperNBI

    @bentoms: No, I didn't reported it because it worked with a clean 10.10.3 installed and configured OS X.
