With the new changes in the US, we would like to know how the EU manages third-party app stores within Jamf, as they have had the feature for a little while.
Specifically, is there a way to automatically install an app from one of the third-party app stores?
My guess is maybe if a 3rd party Appstore gets large enough, they will build in their own management framework and admin portal which would be totally separate from anything Apple is doing.
My suggestion is to reach out to the developers of these 3rd party AppStores and ask them what their plans are.
At the moment we are just blocking 3rd Party Stores here in Germany since there is no way to manage them and their apps.
