+6We just installed the release version of JSS 9.93 on our test server and it installed successfully but after clicking login, it takes us to the homepage for 1 second and then kicks us back to the login screen. This happens in multiple browsers on multiple machines and we have tried restarting MySQL and TomCat with no luck.
Is anyone else seeing this issue?
EDIT: Our JSS is running on Windows Server 2008 R2.

In case anyone else has this problem, we were able to fix it by uninstalling the JSS, rebooting and reinstalling. Looks like it must've been an issue with upgrading from the 9.93 beta to production release.

+18Only tried it on a clean install so far which worked ok. The symptom is the same if you get the auth credentials wrong, so I wonder if it's caused a database issue and affected the JSS login.
Are you using an LDAP account? I've also had issues in the past where the LDAP connection breaks and only the local JSS admin account works, until you get in and fix it.
+11It seems the time is not correctly set on the server. So the session timeout comes too early.
+6Yes, we are using LDAP accounts.
In the past, when we've had issues with LDAP, it would flash for less than a second and not even let us see in past the blue login screen. This time, it actually takes us in so we can see the dashboard for just a second and then it takes us back to the login screen. We are trying to see if we can find the local account's credentials.
Just some more info: We were using the beta of 9.93 without any issues and this problem just started when we installed the production version on top of the beta.
+8We've seen this with internal testing, we've seen success by making sure that the time on the Tomcat server is correct. If you still see symptoms please get in touch with us so we can check it out!
Edit: It looks like updating the time is more likely to only work on Ubuntu, though we can't say for sure given the small sample size.

+2The quickest and easiest way to resolve will be and should be to update your Servers time to accurately reflect current time.
If the server time difference is greater than the JSS's timeout, after a login you'll be immediately logged out barely getting a glimpse of the JSS.
