After Update Recon is not starting anymore

Hi

I upgraded to 9.96 yesterday.
Today i want to create a new quickadd package but i can't use Recon anymore.
Simply not opening.

Konsole says: Recon: Unable to load nib file: MainMenu, exiting

OSX 10.10.5

any Ideas?
Also tested with another user, not working.

Could you please try to add English as second language in System Preferences > Language and Region?

Recon has a problem if English is not the primary or secondary language.

    Case solved - after installing english als 2nd language.

    Could this be stated in the Recon error?
    Error: english not installed or something.
