Anyone else notice that Bluetooth seems to be staying on when locked and toggling Airplane mode on iOS 13?
I've tested it on iOS 13.1.3 and 13.2, Apple School manager seems to be connecting as it should.

+21This is a change in iPad OS / 13. Airplane mode respects Bluetooth settings and doesn't just force it off.
