At the moment, through automated device enrollment, we create an admin account.
We share this password with our 2nd line analysts to perform admin tasks on individual devices...
We're shortly be leveraging Azure AD integration...and moving to Jamf Cloud from on prem.
Was thinking maybe I could use Azure , rather than creating the admin account?
I'd be interested to find out how you all are managing this situation, if in deed you are??
