Hello,
I am new to JAMF Pro. We set up a test iPad and they seem to be unable to move the apps around on their homescreen as they please. User is also reporting that they can't join their home network. Any idea what could be causing this?

Do you have a Home Screen Layout payload being deployed with a Configuration Profile? The HomeScreenLayout key is what limits a users ability to orginize apps on their homescreen.
