Managed Apple ID's can't be used in the App Store. Their main goal(s) whether it be for business or education tend to lean towards collaboration and data storage. Sort of in the same vein as a Google account created by an org in the Google admin console.

Users should be able to use a different Apple ID in iCloud and the appstore - unless you have account changes restricted.

Where in Jamf Pro to enable the use of a different Apple ID?

Need this info, too. Can’t find it in the JAMF profile settings…

Unless you have accounts restricted the user can log out of the appstore with the business Apple ID and log back in with a personal Apple ID while staying logged into iCloud with the business Apple ID
