I wanted to install Freeform on our iPad, but unfortunately I can't find the app at Apple School Manager.
What can I do?

Here is the Bundle ID for FreeForm com.apple.freeform. You can try and manually add it to your Home Screen.
+1Freeform is automatically installed as a part of the OS when the iPads are updated to iOS 16.2. Have you checked the iOS release on the iPads? Otherwise you might want to check if you're restricting any of the built-in apps?

+4I cannot get Freeform to load onto any iPad, I’m using Jamf Pro and with a device running iPadOS26
- I have tried adding bundle ID to home screen and nothing happened ( I confirmed profile installed OK)
- Added Freeform as an app and scoped to device, because Freeform is not in VPP store I cannot buy licenses so it prompts end user for their AppleID which doesn’t work as end user is student who only has managed ID which cannot be used with App store.
It feels like this has slipped through the cracks at Apple.
