Saw comments about the RSR breaking Facebook and other sites on Macrumors yesterday, installed it to a test Mac and replicated the Facebook "Unsupported browser" issue, tested all our corporate sites and no issues, but warned our Help Desk about it so they could advise affected users to use a different browser if it rears its head.

Thanks for the update. We sent instructions to testers on how to rollback if needed:

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap General
3. Tap About
4. Tap iOS Version
5. Tap Remove Security Response

This is pretty much the same for macOS too.

Thankfully I keep RSR's blocked, and unblock them once the dust settles. So far Apples track record with RSR's is about as good as their track record with Software Updates, which is not good.

No problem at all for me with the update.

Our Macs aren't allowing install of the security response update. We get this message "The base build is not compatible for this install method. An error occurred while downloading the selected updates. Please check your internet connection and try again."
I've looked at our config profile and it is set to allow rapid security responses. Having troubles figuring out why this is happening.

You are probably filtering traffic. If you go to Appleseed you can download the Mac Evaluation Utility, run it and it should check your network connectivity and tell you what is going on.
