is there anyway I recover Apple Devices Warranty in Jamf pro as Mass load without a GSX Account?

As far as I know there is not. You need a GSX Account to connect Jamf Pro to GSX to retrieve the data.
You can contact your Apple Customer Success Manager and provide the device details. They can assist you with the warranty information for all devices. After that, you can use MUT to upload the information as inventory records in JAMF. I have done this.
