Does jamf offer a better setting for how to find the Approximate location of the device (iPad) on the Jamf School system. Other MDMs show the location much better. Is there something that I am doing wrong? Please advise.

+12Unfortunately at this time they do not. The only way to get a better location is to put the device in Lost Mode and when it connects and updates it then uses the GPS or wi-fi triangulation methods to show locations.
There are a few requests for that ability in the ‘Features Request’ portal with at least one being ‘Reviewed’. I was told at one point that it is under consideration but the implementation isn’t easy. No other explanation though. Be sure to up-vote any of the feature requests that mention it and maybe we’ll get lucky.
