I am attempting to restrict some iOS devices to certain apps, built-in, in-house LOB and App Store, all pushed from the JSS.
As expected, the rest of the apps disappear but one of the apps on the "allow" list also disappears. I know it's installed because I see it when I remove the restriction. This particular app is from the app store but I've seen this behavior with all types of apps. I've double-checked the identifier is correct in the restriction settings.
What am I doing wrong?
