Does anybody know if there’s a way to deploy the Aurora Endpoint Defense (CylanceProtect) through Jamf? When deploying them on a 1 by 1 basis through Aurora, I create the user in Aurora Endpoint then that creates credentials for the user and sends them an email to download the app along with their credentials.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to easily push this to iOS devices without touching each individual phone. Any help is appreciated!

CyclanceProtect is available on the App Store. You can procure licenses for deployment through Apple Business Manager, add the app to your JAMF instance and deploy that way. It sounds like there is some user setup steps for it that I’m unfamiliar with.

Thanks! The user setup is the area I’m most curious about. I’m sure there’s a way just can’t think of how.

It looks like there is no way to automate that part.  If I was doing this, I would send the end users the QR code to activate it, and then do some auditing after a few days to have the helpdesk guys get the stragglers set up.

Thanks, Pat! That’s about what I was thinking. The QR code is pretty slick and makes it easy for the end user. That should knock out most of the potential issues.
