Hey folks...

We've gotta handful of clients running Big Sur, but are not able to update to v11.6 because their software update app says no updates are available and they're up to date...even though they're not.  We've deleted the com.apple.softwareupdate.plist file and rebooted, and no config profiles are in place to control sofware update, so I don't know where else to look.

Anyone seen this and have a solution?

I have the same issue. Sometimes it takes few refreshing attempts and 11.6 shows up. Looking for a solution.

Are you certain you don't have a Restrictions profile deployed that has the following setting enabled?

This is located under the Functionality tab when viewing the Restrictions setting.
