We experience blank/black screens after the Welcome to Mac screen. We performed a full reinstall via recovery, but experience the same again.
Also tried to go into recovery, terminal, and remove /Volumes/Data/private/var/db/.AppleSetupTermsOfService but no success.
Similar issues have been reported online - is there a fix for this?:
