Hi,

my organization requires me to block all Adobe Creative Cloud AI features. Does anyone have experience with this? What can be done? Are there Configuration Profiles I can use that are already tested?

Thanks in advance.

From what I understand, this is manageable from the Adobe Admin console (assuming you’re using federated IDs and an enterprise license). Have you contacted your Adobe rep?

Unfortunately only for Acrobat, but I need the complete cloud.

You have to create a managed package from Adobe Admin Console and you can select to disable the file sync. There is article on Adobe admin page titled “Create Named User Licensing Packages”.

This breaks the workflows for a lot of people though - because I know at my former employer we deployed the managed device license (for labs) and leveraged the Jamf App Cat to install the necessary apps.

Users also have the ability to install from adobe.com assuming federated logins - ultimately bypassing this as well.

I’d still recommend talking to your Adobe rep.

Possibly with their workflow and licensing.  Contacting Adobe rep doesn’t hurt.
